Learning through skills acquisition Initiative (LETSAI) is National Non-Governmental Organization with funding support from CBM titled:’’North-East Flash Point Emergency Response”

LETSAI is calling upon potential Bidders suppliers/vendors to submit their quotation regarding procurement of “Dry food rations and WASH kITS” to be delivered at No. 313 Pompomari by pass Opposite Kotoloma Filing station Maiduguri, Borno State. 

Procedure: 

1. Bidders are expected to collect the following 
   1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) 
   2. Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.
2. Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of Dry Food Rations and WASH  kits to LETSAI Office.
3. Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document 
   1. Certificate of incorporation 
   2. Tax certificate 
   3. Bank detail form 

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) 

Impartiality forms 

1. Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents
