    VAS Technical Support

    Our client, an international messaging services provider, is hiring for the following position

    • Conduct all testing types ( system test, function test, integration test, regression test )
    • Conduct CDR analysis on hourly basis to keep up with the Revenue Assurance team’s request
    • Monitor and analyze basic system performance
    • Monitor and analyze KPI graphs
    • Conduct a Test and Acceptance Test with clients
    •  Investigate any potential issues faced on live products
    • Knowledge and application of ISO norms
    • Keen to perform other duties upon request and as deemed necessary
