Van Sales Representative at Saro Agrosciences Limited

Duties

• Building and managing the sales pipeline of prospective customers in the outlets for the purpose of accurate forecasting.
• Proposing new products to customers and the markets through visual aids and optimum presentations.
• Maintaining customers relationship and ensuring customer retention.
• Constant interaction with the customers to ensure sales, deliveries, and stock availability.
• The development and maintenance of the customer-company relationship, ensuring quick response to challenges through BDE.
• Thorough coverage of outlets as well as visitation frequency to ensure brand visibility and presence in driving product sell-out.
• Objection handling and customer relationship management.
• Ensuring price point integrity amongst team members.
• Identifying competitors methods and market information gathering
• Ensuring zero-budget overrun at all time
• Proper communication of trade promotion among customers

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 5 years driving Experience
• Must be able to drive manual
• Must be analytical.
