Van Sales Representative at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a result-driven Van Sales Representative to sell and distribute construction/building materials, manage assigned sales routes, and develop new customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of assigned construction products within designated routes.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to generate sales.
• Manage assigned routes and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer activities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in Van Sales, FMCG Sales, Building Materials Sales, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of route-to-market operations.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to manage assigned routes and develop new sales opportunities.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to drive a sales van is an advantage.
