Van Sales Representative at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated and target-driven Van Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Lagos (Island and Mainland). 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering products to customers, maintaining strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring product visibility within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell company products to retail outlets within assigned routes on Lagos Island and Mainland.
• Ensure effective distribution and visibility of products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Manage and reconcile cash or payment collections from customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with products daily.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct/van sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and LASDRI card.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Island and Mainland road network.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Must be trustworthy, accountable, and customer-oriented.
