    Valuation Associate

    Job Responsibilities

    • As a Valuation Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate valuations, feasibility studies, and highest & best use analyses that shape real estate decisions for our clients.

    Requirements
    What we’re looking for:

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in valuation
    • Registered with ESVARBON
    • Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
    • Market-savvy with an eye for trends
    • RICS or FIABCI membership is a big plus!
