Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to understand customer needs
• Create detailed research plans and objectives
• Analyze user feedback and behavior patterns
• Present research findings to product and design teams
• Collaborate closely with product teams to refine features
• Develop personas and journey maps to guide design
• Conduct usability testing on product features
• Summarize insights in a user-friendly format for stakeholders
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Engage users through interviews, surveys, and focus groups
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking

Requirements

• 3+ years UX research experience
• Experience with research methodologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of financial services a plus
