Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Utility Technician located in Ijebu-Ode.
• The Utility Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of factory utilities, ensuring optimum operation of equipment.
• Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining equipment such as compressors, boilers, and generators, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
• The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical certification or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Technical skills in maintaining and repairing equipment such as compressors, boilers, and generators
• Experience in troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance
• Strong understanding of safety standards and operational procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
