This is a full-time on-site role for a Utility Technician located in Ijebu-Ode.
The Utility Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of factory utilities, ensuring optimum operation of equipment.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining equipment such as compressors, boilers, and generators, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
Relevant technical certification or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Technical skills in maintaining and repairing equipment such as compressors, boilers, and generators
Experience in troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance
Strong understanding of safety standards and operational procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
