Utility Technician at 21 Search Ltd

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain steam boilers, air compressors, power distribution equipment etc. to ensure quality service delivery
• Maintain efficient utilization of equipment under utilities to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CO2 supply tanks and concentrate cold room chillers.
• Proactively check panels to detect faults and ensure proper repair
• Work on the maintenance of panel room, based on required cable temperature
• Check the maximum load of cable and breakers for proper installation or modification
• Work on all lighting bulbs at the factory, offices and quarters
• Adhere to HSE guidelines in the installation of any kind of service cables
• Carry out equipment monitoring as per checklist, document findings and recommend actions to be taken.
• Compile equipment shift operation report.
• Lubricate equipment as specified in the manufacturer's manual/lubrication chart and documentation.

Requirements

• First Degree or its equivalent Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Membership of NSE and COREN certified is added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC practical job-relevant experience in a well-structured company.
