- Experience 3 - 7 years
- Location Lagos

Job Description
- Identify key users for product and conduct GTM plan.
- Design and execute user operation plans for user activation or retention.
- Provide solid market & user understanding, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product design along with cross functional team.
- Identify key issues in user experience and changes in marketplace, provide recommendations to solve these issues.
Qualification
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, sociology, marketing, economics or related fields is preferred.
- 3-7years experience in user operation in internet industry.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian. Capable of conducting operation plans independently.
- Excellent knowledge of user growth and MS office.
