Unit Manager Role at Heirs Insurance Ltd

What You'll Do:

•  Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and networking
•  Build and maintain a strong dynamic team of Financial Advisors
•  Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet customers needs
•  Provide financial and retirement planning to prospective clients

What we are looking for:

•  A Bachelor's degree (BSc) or HND in any Field
•  2-5 years of experience in insurance sales or related field
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
•  Must be located in commutable distance to Lagos, Nigeria
•  Ability to work under pressure and with other team members under minimal or no supervision
•  Previous marketing/sales experience is a plus.
