About Sellable Marketing
Sellable Marketing is a marketing and automation agency helping businesses grow through smart, well-executed digital experiences. Design here isn't decoration. It's a direct lever for conversion, engagement, and brand trust across everything we build for ourselves and our clients.
Job Description
You will own the full experience lifecycle: UX research, interface design, brand visual execution, and cross-functional delivery. This means designing intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences, maintaining a scalable design system, and ensuring brand consistency across every channel and touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, responsive, and conversion-driven user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms
- Conduct UX discovery: user research, interviews, testing, and behaviour analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library
- Design brand and marketing assets: social creatives, campaign graphics, banners, presentations, and motion elements where required
- Maintain visual consistency and enforce brand governance across all channels
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
- Optimise designs for usability, accessibility, speed, and performance
- Manage multiple projects with structured prioritisation and clear delivery timelines
- Continuously monitor design trends, tools, and best practices to keep brands future-ready
Skills & Competencies Required
Must-have:
- 4-7 years of proven experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual excellence
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and design system management
- Solid understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
- Experience collaborating directly with development teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver consistently without micromanagement
- Relevant academic qualification or equivalent professional experience in a design, creative, or digital-related discipline
