UI/UX Design Intern at Royal Resource Management (RRM)

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Design Intern to join us remotely and help craft beautiful, user-centered digital experiences.
• This is an unpaid internship, ideal for students, recent graduates, or self-taught designers looking to build their portfolio, gain real-world experience, and work closely with developers and product managers.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the team to understand user needs and business goals
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Assist in designing intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Conduct or support basic user research and usability testing
• Deliver design assets and style guides for developers

What We're Looking For

• A strong interest in UI/UX design
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Basic knowledge of user-centered design principles
• A portfolio or sample work (can include personal projects or schoolwork)
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team
• Good communication and time management skills

Bonus (Not Required)

• Understanding of HTML/CSS or how designs are implemented
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Notion).
