Treasury Operations Officer at Bridge Credit Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring accurate KYC is in place for all deposits.
• Ensuring prompt booking and execution of client’s instructions on the core banking application and any other application
• Ensure that all information needed in the preparation Financial Statement are correct, valid and relate to a cut off period
• Ensuring timely delivery of note certificates to clients
• Participate in the Preparation of Annual Budget. Monthly/Quarterly Budget Performance and Budget analysis.
• Participate in statutory Audit by providing data and information to external Auditors
• Ensure Posting of transactions to individual Ledgers.
• Ensuring timely notifications to clients about maturity of their deposits
• Ensuring timely preparation and approval of deal slips, and payment vouchers for interest, liquidations etc..

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BSc in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1-5 years experience in an operational role or finance role in a financial institution.
• A professional qualification – ACA, ACCA or ACIB will be an added advantage.

• Banking operations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal , written and quantitative skills.
