Job Description:

•  We seek an experienced and results-driven Client Success Manager (Travel) with a strong background in sales and Customer Service.
• The ideal candidate will oversee travel operations, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Support our Study Abroad students & Leisure Travel Clients (Visa Preparation) 
• Lead and manage the teams (Trav4College & sister company) to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s travel services.
• Oversee corporate and leisure travel bookings, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Monitor travel trends and industry developments to enhance service offerings.
• Train and mentor staff to improve sales performance and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.

 Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Travel/Study Abroad Manager/ Team Lead within the travel/study abroad industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
• A degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
