Travel Consultant at Terawork

About the Role:

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Travel Consultant with 2–3 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional travel advice, plan customized itineraries, and manage travel bookings for both individual and corporate clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on travel options, destinations, and packages.
• Plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Create tailored travel itineraries that meet client preferences and budgets.
• Provide visa guidance, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation support.
• Maintain knowledge of global travel trends, airline policies, and promotional offers.
• Resolve travel-related issues such as cancellations, delays, or schedule changes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure accuracy in reservations, invoicing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
