    Training Coordinator

    Job Description

    • Seamlessly coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics to optimize efficiency.
    • Foster collaborative relationships with trainers, facilitators, and external training providers.
    • Performance Evaluation:
    • Rigorously monitor and evaluate training delivery, making data-driven adjustments for heightened effectiveness.
    • Utilize feedback and performance data to enhance training methods for maximum impact.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, ensuring a comprehensive database of participant information.
    • Track the progress and attendance of trainees to gauge program engagement.
    • Generate insightful reports on training effectiveness and participation, providing stakeholders with valuable data.
    • Implement robust evaluation mechanisms to assess the real-world impact of our training initiatives.
    • Leverage participant feedback to drive a continuous improvement cycle for the training program.
    • Ensure the integration of Coursademia for training delivery and assessment, enhancing the digital learning experience.
    • Create special codes for participants, granting them free access to courses on our cutting-edge e-learning platforms.
    • Guarantee that all training programs align seamlessly with the specific requirements and expectations of our valued clients.
    • Implement strategies to optimize resources, delivering cost-effective and high-impact training programs.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in asimilar role.
    • Strong understanding of training and development principles.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent report writing skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems.
    • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.
