As our Tools and IT infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and customization of our enterprise tools including SAP and Salesforce.
You would work with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless operations of IT applications, tools, services, ERP and CRM packages across the business.
You will:
Lead configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP, Salesforce, and other
ERP/CRM solutions to support core business processes.
Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, selection and rollout of enterprise tools and software.
Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, including business-critical applications, email, and IoT monitoring platforms.
Manage and administer the Windows active directory
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, security, and system reliability.
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Maintain IT asset inventory, user accounts, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with embedded systems and software teams to troubleshoot field data issues.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct regular audits of network and system security.
Liaise with IT service providers, hardware vendors, and SaaS tool providers to resolve issues and manage licenses.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in SAP configuration and administration.
Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience managing enterprise software implementations in a fast-growing business.
Hands-on experience in IoT systems, Cloud services and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
