Tools and IT infrastructure Specialist at Arnergy Solar Limited

• As our Tools and IT infrastructure specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and customization of our enterprise tools including SAP and Salesforce.
• You would work with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless operations of IT applications, tools, services, ERP and CRM packages across the business.

You will:

• Lead configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP, Salesforce, and other
• ERP/CRM solutions to support core business processes.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable IT infrastructure including networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, selection and rollout of enterprise tools and software.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems, including business-critical applications, email, and IoT monitoring platforms.
• Manage and administer the Windows active directory
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, security, and system reliability.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, user accounts, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with embedded systems and software teams to troubleshoot field data issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of network and system security.
• Liaise with IT service providers, hardware vendors, and SaaS tool providers to resolve issues and manage licenses.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in SAP configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations in a fast-growing business.
• Hands-on experience in IoT systems, Cloud services and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
