    Ticketing & Reservation Officer

    Job Description

    • Attending the walk in clients.
    • Reporting the daily sales in CRM.
    • Bringing in new clients through referral requests and retaining them.
    • Retaining the existing clients by maintaining good services and relationships.
    • Maintaining a check on the quality of work, number of losses and ADMs.
    • Having good experience and knowledge in travel domain.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should have experience in Issuance and Re-issuance of Air Tickets (International).
    • Proficiency in French reading/writing and speaking is a must.
    • Comfortable with GDS - Amadeus.
    • Excellent Email Writing and Communication Skill.
    • 24x7 (flex working hours) - remote and on site.
    • Must be having good experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
