Job Description
- Attending the walk in clients.
- Reporting the daily sales in CRM.
- Bringing in new clients through referral requests and retaining them.
- Retaining the existing clients by maintaining good services and relationships.
- Maintaining a check on the quality of work, number of losses and ADMs.
- Having good experience and knowledge in travel domain.
Requirements
- Candidates should have experience in Issuance and Re-issuance of Air Tickets (International).
- Proficiency in French reading/writing and speaking is a must.
- Comfortable with GDS - Amadeus.
- Excellent Email Writing and Communication Skill.
- 24x7 (flex working hours) - remote and on site.
- Must be having good experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
