    Ticketing Associate

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sabre Certified Ticketing Associate to join our dynamic team.
    • If you have a passion for travel, exceptional customer service skills, and expertise in Sabre GDS, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize Sabre GDS system to efficiently process ticketing and reservations for domestic and international flights
    • Handle customer inquiries regarding fares, flight schedules, seat availability, and other travel-related queries
    • Ensure accurate issuance, modification, and cancellation of tickets while adhering to industry regulations and company policies
    • Collaborate with airline partners and travel agencies to resolve ticketing issues and provide excellent service to clients
    • Stay updated with industry trends, fare rules, and airline policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of various travel products and services to make appropriate recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive travel experience for clients throughout the ticketing process

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience.
    • Sabre certification is mandatory
    • Previous experience as a Ticketing Associate or in a similar role within the travel industry
    • Proficient in using Sabre GDS system for ticketing, reservations, and fare calculations
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing and data entry
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, airlines, and travel partners
    • In-depth knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing regulations, and industry best practices
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
    • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as required

    Benefits

    • N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
