Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Territory Security Lead.
• The Territory Security Lead will be responsible for overseeing security operations within the designated territory, developing and implementing security strategies, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
• The role includes generating leads, planning and executing business strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales within the territory.
• The Territory Security Lead will also manage and coordinate security personnel, conduct risk assessments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Business Planning
• Experience in managing security operations and personnel
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing security strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications in security and risk management are a plus
