Territory Security Lead at Halogen Group

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Territory Security Lead.
• The Territory Security Lead will oversee and manage security operations within the designated territory, ensuring the implementation of effective security measures and protocols.
• The job holder plays a vital role in supporting the Operations & Service Manager in the effective management and oversight of security operations within his Cluster.
• He provides first level external response to escalated situations from locations.
• He also act as the second layer supervision of the security operatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of a first degree or equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution
• Professional certification in security, risk, quality management would be added advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 year's relevant experience including supervisory experience
• Experience in large-scale operations environment.g., FMCG, Telecom, Financial Services
