    Territory Sales Representatives

    We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding product distribution, achieving sales targets, and ensuring brand visibility in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets within the assigned territory to promote products and secure orders.
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts.
    • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Ensure proper merchandising, product placement, and point-of-sale material deployment in all outlets.
    • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts within company guidelines.
    • Collect and process customer orders efficiently.
    • Prepare and submit timely sales reports and territory updates to management.
    • Assist in the launch of new products within the territory.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly in field/territory management.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within the territory.

    Performance Indicators:

    • Achievement of sales targets.
    • Expansion of customer base.
    • Increased product visibility and availability.
    • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
