We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our presence in Kano. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs, and providing solutions that align with Itel Energy’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, distributors, and key accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in energy, technology, or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, travel within the territory, and manage multiple accounts.
