Territory Development Officer - Ojo at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Territory Development Officer to drive business growth through lead generation, territory development, client acquisition, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the assigned territory.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Identify and map tricycle parks, operators, traders, and other potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, repayment terms, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer information and onboarding documentation.
• Support client onboarding and relationship management.
• Submit regular sales and territory activity reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in field sales, business development, microfinance, asset finance, or related sectors.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Basic digital literacy and ability to use CRM/mobile applications.
