1. Project Background
The impact of humanitarian work on communities depends greatly upon the quality of services and accountability of actions both during times of emergency and non-emergency.
1.2 Geographical location for the training
Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
2. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The purpose of this consultancy is the strengthening of the understanding and capacity of Action Against Hunger MEAL team on Accountability to Affected Population. This training is targeting the officers and assistants in the MEAL team in charge of the Accountability component, as well as the senior M&E team members
3. Profile of the Evaluator
The study will be carried out by a consultant with the following profile:

• High level of expertise in Accountability to Affected Population;
• Experience working in humanitarian and development settings;
• Experience providing technical instruction/training in Accountability to Affected Population, Fraud investigation and PSEA.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian context
• Knowledge in MEAL is an advantage
