Assist the Terminal Officers in overseeing the facilities at bus stations and ensuing proper maintenance.
Ensure proper queue management at the bus stops / terminals.
Assist Bus Captains in ensuring proper loading procedures are adhered to.
Supervise the validation and invalidation of passenger tickets / ticketing system.
Ensure an accurate head count of bus passengers and tickets issued.
Ensure that bus station procedures and emergency plans are adhered to at all times
Work with the Terminal Officers to ensure all relevant passenger information materials are up-to-date, available in good quality / quantity and posted within the bus station
