Terminal Operator at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

About the Role

•  We are seeking a highly skilled Terminal Operator to oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our clients' Floating Storage & Offloading (FSO) terminal facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crude storage, lifting, cargo documentation, vessel operations, and coordination with marine and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Engineering, Marine Operations, Petroleum, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in oil & gas terminal operations (FSO/FSU/FPSO or crude export terminals).
• Valid BOSIET/Offshore Survival certification.
• STCW/Tanker Familiarization or Advanced Oil Tanker Operations certification (advantageous).
• Strong understanding of IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, OCIMF, and DPR standards.
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and HSE awareness.
• Hands-on experience in cargo scheduling, metering, sampling, and demurrage control.
