Teller & Customer Service Officer at ICS Outsourcing Limited

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
  • Greeting customers and providing assistance with account inquiries and various transactions.
  • Informing customers about bank products and services, and directing them to appropriate representatives for more complex needs.
  • Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Transaction Processing:
  • Handling a wide range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cheque processing.
  • Processing foreign exchange, cash, and cheque transactions, including money transfers.
  • Using banking software to track and record transaction information accurately.
• Cash Management & Reconciliation:
  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers, including packaging cash.
  • Monitoring cash levels, requesting funds as needed, and performing cash analyses.
  • Reconciling discrepancies and preparing daily "End of Day" sheets.
• Compliance & Security:
  • Adhering to all bank financial, security, and operational regulations and procedures.
  • Handling currency and confidential information responsibly.
  • Identifying and resolving any transaction errors or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.

N112,000 - N120,000 monthly.
