    Telesales Representative

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at ipNX Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The Telesales Representative will communicate with customers, provide support, drive sales, and conduct training sessions.

     

    Qualifications

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch and promote the division’s products and services.
    • Receive and manage inbound calls to provide customers with required coverage details and information about our offerings.
    • Handle Email inquiries about coverage, expansion plans, and service inquiries.
    • Manage calls effectively to prevent call
    • Manage interactions effectively to generate and qualify leads promptly.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve a high conversion rate.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions, following scripts provided by the company and adapting communication strategies to the different categories of leads.
    • Document and report relevant market intelligence that can be leveraged to achieve business growth and increased sales volume.
    • Effective Customer Onboarding
    • Maintain high standards in managing customers’ onboarding experience across relevant touchpoints in the customer journey.

    Job Specification

    • BSC Mass Communication/Public Relations/Marketing/Sales/Engineering, Social Sciences/related disciplines
    • Telesales or Telemarketing Qualification
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Competence
    • Demonstrate a high level of organization and quality with multitasks, efficiency & priority setting
    • Understanding of the B2C sales environment, consistent track record of success in achieving product effectiveness
    • Exemplary communication skills – both face to face and over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization

    Work Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience within the telecoms or FMCG space; knowledge of retail market, competitor behavior, and strategy, including related product dynamics and product management
