Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company’s products and services, converting leads into customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Candidate must be medically inclined. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Market the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into loyal customers by establishing rapport and building trust.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Proactively convince clients to book our services through effective persuasion techniques.
• Identify potential customers and grow the company’s client base.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years post NYSC experience in sales, or telemarketing.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in the medical or health-related industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain motivation.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
