Overview

• We are seeking a motivated Telesales Officer to join our dynamic sales team.
• As a Telesales Officer, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, contacting potential customers to inform them about our products and services, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer, adjusting pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
• Handle customer questions and objections effectively, striving to close sales on every call.
• Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered.
• Input and maintain accurate customer information into the company database.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc.. / Bed. BA and or additional certification in Sales or Marketing will be an asset.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
