    Telemarketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Convert leads to loyal clients
    • Close sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
    • Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
    • Maintain and update customers information adequately on the databases.
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to improve sales effectiveness.
    • Aggressive follow-up on customers.
    • Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in any field with 2-3 years experience.
    • Experience in telesales or marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Knowledge of Zoho CRM is a plus.
