Job Description

• Manage recovery of overdue payments from customers by reaching out and act as the liaison between creditors and customers.
• Hit set target by collecting overdue loans in an ethical and customer-centric manner.
• Follow-up on delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate records.
• Give accurate report on customers reached out to weekly.
• Understand the assigned product and be persuasive enough to convince customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• Strong command of English Language and at least, one other local/foreign language.
