Technology Lead at HR-on-Wheels

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technology roadmap and digital product strategy.
• Lead solution architecture, systems integration, and platform implementation.
• Design seamless digital experiences and business processes.
• Establish data governance, cybersecurity, and technology frameworks.
• Manage technology vendors and oversee digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years' experience in technology, digital product management, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading digital platforms from concept to launch.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, LMS, marketplace, payment, or service management platforms.
• Strong systems integration and data architecture expertise.
• Experience working in Nigeria or similar African markets.
