Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues.
• Install and configure new equipment and systems.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technical advancements and industry trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with Elevators & Excavators.

Skills:

• Experience with specific equipment or systems relevant to the industry (e.g., Elevator, Escavator, etc.).
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance software.
