Job Summary

• Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipment
• Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action
• Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way

Qualification and Experience

• OND, HND or B.Sc. in any related field.
• A minimum of 3 year work experience as a technician with a reputable hotel brand

Functional Skills and Competency Requirement

• Experience in property maintenance beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
• Experience of working with it systems on various platforms
