Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in technical support, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Experience managing or mentoring a technical support team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service delivery standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the technical support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex technical problems.
• Monitor support response times, and service quality to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement technical support processes and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and performance.
• Prepare reports on support performance, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical issues, solutions, and support procedures.
