We are looking for young and smart tech enthusiasts to fill  the position of Technical Specialist.

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for the Network Security solutions for Presales, Implementation and Support for our numerous clients.  He/she will be required to provide support for all network security solutions offers which includes but not limited to Fortinet NGFW, Forescout NAC, Ixia NPB, Palo-Alto NFGW, F5 LTM, Arbor etc.

The primary responsibilities are to lead in the Design, Planning and implementation of all Network Security and auxiliary services delivery across all of our customers’ engagements. This will include the management of a portfolio of multidisciplinary and single disciplined projects in accordance with the company’s  Roadmap and product/solution lines.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the solutions mentioned above
• Conduct threat and risk analysis and provides essential recommendations
• Assist in designing and developing security features for system architectures
• Offer integration and deployment of the security solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, devices and appliances in support of TCO infrastructure
• Prepare network or infrastructure Visio topology diagrams, write Standard Operating Procedures, maintenance plans and provide status reports as required, participate in data calls and other operational and maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot network problems, network device configurations and coordinate with various department administrators to facilitate connectivity issue resolution

Qualifications

The Cyber Security Technical Specialist must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical or any related field with prior and relevant work experience of 4-6 years and not be more than 30 years old

• Provide Pre-sales services to the sales team
• Participate in prioritizing, coordinating, planning, executing, and closing projects and tasks to produce the required deliverables
• Act as a mentor for other team members
• Experience with Cisco network technologies
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP network models and provide examples
• Experience analyzing security impacts and risks
• Must be familiar with multiple technologies i.e. Network Security, Networking, Server Operating System (Windows, Linux, UNIX), Virtualization technology (i.e. VMware, Hyper-V)
