Position Overview

• As a Technical Sourcing Associate, you will support the acquisition of technical equipment, materials, and services vital to aviation operations. This entry-level role is ideal for motivated secondary school leavers with interest or background in science and technology. You will contribute to supplier selection, procurement documentation, and compliance efforts under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing technical equipment, aircraft parts, components, and related services
• Collaborate with the procurement team to request and compare supplier quotations
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier details
• Support communication with suppliers on delivery timelines and specifications
• Ensure sourcing aligns with company quality standards and aviation compliance

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent with at least 4 credits, including English, Mathematics, and a Science or Technical subject
• Strong interest in science, technology, or aviation
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel) is advantageous
