    Technical Sales Specialist

    Position Summary:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for technology tjoin our team.
    • The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities for ITStack Limited's technical products and professional services. This role demands a proactive, consultative sales approach tbuild lasting client relationships and achieve ambitious targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outbound efforts.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tmeet or exceed revenue goals.
    • Present and demonstrate technical products and services tprospects, aligning solutions with their business needs.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
    • Provide post-sales support tensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

    Market Analysis and Strategy:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
    • Provide input intproduct development and marketing strategies based on client feedback.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Gain a deep understanding of ITStack Limited’s product and service portfolio.
    • Collaborate with technical teams tdesign customized products and solutions for clients.

    Reporting and Forecasting:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights tmanagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of technical products and services, including cloud, security, and networking solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
