• Experienced: Proven track record in sales/marketing specifically within roofing, building materials, or construction.
• Connected: You already have a "rolodex" of industry stakeholders and understand current market trends.
• Strategic: You can read a BOQ, interpret project needs, and negotiate like a pro.
