We are looking to hire an innovative and driven Technical Sales Representative to increase the organization's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities & growth strategies focused on sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Make site visits, application Surveys, direct installation processes and report observation
Trouble shoot and provide operational/safety training during Plant outages and Turnarounds
Keep excellent documentation of customer needs, take notes during discussions and follow up with customers
Research business opportunities & viable income streams, develop business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective or existing clients; Assess client's needs and promote the company's products / services that meet the clients' objectives/needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Responsible for meeting Annual Sales Target set by the Management.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel
Qualifications/ Required Experience
Possess a degree in engineering or technical services from a reputable tertiary institution;MSc in engineering or related technical courses will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience
Sound communication (oral and written) skills
Ability to Troubleshoot and provide operational/safety training
Sound basic knowledge & understanding of measurements,
Good mechanical and technical knowledge
Possess an extremely analytical mind with the ability to think, learn and act swiftly.
