Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Recruiter located in Lagos. The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and communication with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 15+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Hiring
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Excellent Account Management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Experience in the HR or Recruitment industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
