This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Recruiter located in Lagos. The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and communication with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
15+ years relevant work experience.
Experience in Sales Recruitment and Hiring
Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Excellent Account Management skills
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
Experience in the HR or Recruitment industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
