    Technical Sales Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive who can help us increase our market share. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and technical support.
    • They will be able to develop and execute sales strategies, create and deliver sales presentations, and provide support to customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Researching and sourcing potential customers.
    • Building new customer relations and maintaining the existing ones.
    • Explaining the technical features of a product to customers.
    • Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades.
    • Planning and drafting customer proposals.
    • Preparing and verifying the details in tender documents.
    • Generating sales receipts and maintaining documentation of the same.
    • Maintaining an accurate record of purchase orders.
    • Attending and participating in product trainings and conferences.
    • Taking note of the sales target and achieving the same.
    • Estimate sales potential.
    • Plan and forecast sales activities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
    • 3 - 4 years of experience as a Technical Sales Executive in an IT Solutions company, Technical Sales Representative, or a similar position in the Sales department.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
    • Excellent understanding of IT Solutions and products.

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good salesmanship.
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrating a professional and approachable behaviour.
    • Ability to offer excellent customer satisfaction.
