    Technical Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inbound Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert prospective clients for Hub Services.
    • Outbound Marketing: Lead marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients through various channels.
    • Sales Conversion: Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into active clients, meeting set conversion targets.
    • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of 8thGear's offerings to articulate value propositions effectively.
    • Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
    • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales and marketing strategies.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technology or venture support environment.
    • Strong understanding of venture creation, growth strategies, and business support services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM (Zoho) and Google collaborative tools.
