    Assistant Finance Manager

    Job Summary
    The Assistant Finance Manager will provide support to the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial health of the organization. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.


    • Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial processes and procedures.
    • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support financial planning and analysis.
    • Assist with budgeting, including creating and monitoring departmental budgets.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments.
    • Oversee cash flow management and reconcile bank statements.
    • Participate in month-end close procedures and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to identify trends and make recommendations.
    • Assist with tax preparation and filing.


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet software (Excel).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Quality Control Trainee

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Control department as a Trainee.
    • The Quality Control Trainee will work closely with senior members of the Quality Control team to learn and execute quality control procedures and ensure that our products/services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.


    • Assist in performing quality control inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products/services to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
    • Learn and understand quality control procedures, processes, and documentation requirements.
    • Participate in the documentation and analysis of quality control data, including non-conformance reports, corrective and preventive actions, and quality metrics.
    • Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Procurement, to address quality-related concerns and drive quality improvement efforts.
    • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.


    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Bio-Chemistry or related field from an accredited institution.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of quality control principles and practices is preferred but not required.

    Internal Control Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Control Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving our internal control systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have completed or be in the final stages of completing the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) qualification and have three to five years of relevant experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Completed or in the final stages of completing the ICAN
    • Three to five years of experience in internal auditing, internal controls, or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to internal controls.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
