Technical Sales Engineers at Ascentech Services Limited

Our client , a specialist engineering organization located in Lagos are currently sourcing for the below position

The responsibilities of this role include engineering sales and assisting the Commercial Department to achieve sales target that profitably impacts the bottom line of the organization

Job Description/Requirement

• Ensure growth in sales volume of the department by deepening relationships with existing customers and acquiring new customers.
• Provision of relevant technical support & information that will increase/optimize the reliability, convenience, and total cost of ownership of equipment/production lines of customers.
• Prepare sales reports of our products and solutions by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and application trends.
• Lead client conversations through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
• Develop sales proposals and strategies to drive the sales process
• Perform technical surveys and audits on client sites to determine requirements for  engineering solutions
• Organize and attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
• Organize regular sales visits to new and existing customers

Requirements:

• A graduate degree in engineering preferably in electrical & electronics, mechanical, or production.
• At least 5 years of proven work experience, preferably in engineering sales or technical sales within the FMCG, Beverage, electronics, telecommunication, and energy industry
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices 
• Certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage
