Technical Project Manager - Platform Development at Lexmedical Services Limited

Job Summary

• LexMedical is seeking a skilled and experienced developer to oversee the technical aspects of a healthcare marketplace project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards, manage platform integrations, and uphold strict confidentiality throughout the project lifecycle.
• This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week with milestone-based evaluations.

Responsibilities

Oversight and Coordination:

• Monitor the progress of the 3rd-party development team to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support during design and development phases.

Out-of-Scope Integrations:

• Implement and test integrations such as:
• APIs for external services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics tools).
• Data management systems and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Set up automated testing frameworks for critical functionalities.

Confidentiality and Security:

• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, safeguarding sensitive data and proprietary information.
• Work with LexMedical’s leadership to maintain secure development processes.

Collaboration:

• Act as the liaison between LexMedical and the 3rd-party vendor.
• Communicate updates, risks, and technical challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on platform oversight and integrations.
• Demonstrable experience in healthcare, SaaS, or marketplace platforms is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or PHP).
• Hands-on experience with API development and integration.
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.

Payment Structure

• Weekly/Monthly Payments: Monthly base payment for ongoing oversight tasks.

• Final QA and pilot testing support.
