Technical Product Manager (TPM) at Skache Intergrated Services Limited

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with a strong foundation in Business
• Analysis and Product Management to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact systems.
• You will take ownership of translating product direction into robust system solutions and ensuring high-quality execution across Engineering, Design, and Business teams.
• Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or financial services is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Contribution

• Own and drive specific product domains or system areas end-to-end from definition to delivery
• Contribute to product planning by providing input on feasibility, trade-offs, and solution approaches
• Align execution with defined product priorities and business goals
• Balance business needs, user experience, and technical constraints in solution design Requirements & System Design
• Translate product direction into detailed product and technical specifications
• Develop PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with high clarity and comp
• Design end-to-end workflows and system interactions (e.g., onboarding, credit lifecycle, payments, collections)
• Define business rules, edge cases, and system behaviors Technical Collaboration
• Work closely with Engineering to define system architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution trade-offs
• Ensure requirements are implementation-ready and aligned with system capabilities
• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Execution & Delivery
• Own backlog management, grooming, and sprint readiness
• Drive execution with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution
• Support QA, UAT, and release processes Data & Performance Management
• Define and track key product and business metrics for owned areas
• Use data and insights to refine requirements and improve product performance
• Ensure proper instrumentation and visibility into system and user behavior

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Commercial
• Drive alignment on requirements, business rules, and delivery priorities
• Communicate product progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly

Requirements Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis
• Proven experience delivering complex systems or platforms end-to-end
• Experience in fintech, lending, banking, or financial services is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong product thinking with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Excellent requirements documentation and structuring skills
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Ability to think in workflows, edge cases, and state transitions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Tools (Nice to Have):

• Jira, Confluence, Notion
• Diagramming tools (Lucid chart, Draw.io, Miro)
• Familiarity with analytics tools.
